Additional Director Unani Dr.Vasant Rao sahab has chaired the meeting was attended by Dr. Kaleemullah Khan, Dr. Sadaruddin Shahid, Dr. Niaz Ahmed Khan, Dr. Syed Zainullabeddin Khan, Dr. Mohammed Ali Hyder Yamani, Dr. Nemathullah, Dr. M.A Aziz, Dr. Maqbool Hussain Dr. Azharuddin, Dr. Lutf Ali Siddiqui, Dr. Mohammed Rafi Hyder Shakeeb, Dr. Mohammed Ismail, Dr. Mohd. Najeeb Khan, Dr. Syed.Touheed Ahmed, Dr. Omer Ali and others attended the meeting.

Agenda included finalization of event date 29th & 30th June 24 Saturday and Sunday.
It has been decided to take the consents of all the members of organizing committee and sub committees.
Registration fees has been decided as follows
Organizing Committee members Rs.10000 per head
Medical Officer's n Teaching Staff as Rs. 5000 per head
General practitioners Rs 3000
Pharmacies Rs 5000
Hospitals Rs 10000
Donations will also be encouraged

No personal cash handling is decided.
A resolution was passed to finalize the brochure, letter heads n printing material,
Web designing
Further it is decided to meet the official dignitaries which will include concerned and Chief Minister, Health Minister, Health secretary, MEMBER of Parliament, Members of Royal Family, MLA, Corporator and other philanthropist.

Govt. Nizamia Tibbi College & Hospital was built in 1358 Hijri which is gregorian 1938 by the last Nizam of Hyderabad - HEH Mir Osman Ali Khan.
