The meeting was chaired by our beloved Additional Director Unani Dr. Vasant Rao sir and attended by Co Chairman Prof. Dr. Kaleemullah Khan, Dr. Mohammed Ali Hyder Yamani, Dr.Mohammed Ahsan Farooqi, Dr.Mohammed Lutf Ali Siddiqui, Dr.Mohammed Azharuddin, and Dr. MRH Shakeeb on a physical note.

The main agenda of the meeting was to finalize the dates of conducting the Alumni  due to the announcement of General Elections for Lok Sabha ...as Election Code of Conduct is implemented and Political VIP'S may not be available till May 30th ..hence it has been decided the committee to hold the event on 29th & 30th June 2024 i.e Saturday and Sunday. 

The Organizing Committee agreed mutually to hold the event on above dates as there is a strong possibility of Some construction of New block for girls hostel Residential Quarters Ilaaj Bit Tadbeer Department with a parking to be developed...hence further delay in Event may further delays the process..

Hence a Video Call has been made to the August members of Alumni Association of NTC &NGH in which Dr. Fazal Ahmed, Dr. Sadaruddin Shahid, Dr.Khaja Badaruddin Siddiqui, Dr. Majeed, Dr. Faheem, Dr. Tauheed also joined and agreed to hold the event on above dates. Later Dr. Ateeq Ahmed Khan, was also consulted on telephonic call regarding the dates so with maximum consensus it is further decided to hold the next meeting on March 7th 2024 Thursday at Superintendent Chamber further time will be updated.

Dr.Mohammed Lutf Ali Siddiqui  has been assigned with responsibilities of calling the concerned members n all updates in very much advance with a reminder too. Further all the August members to make sure to attend the next meeting without fail.
