Meeting of AANN was held at GNTC it was chaired by our beloved Additional Director Unani Dr. Vasant Rao sir and attended by Professor Dr. Kaleemullah Khan, Dr. Mohammed Ahsan Farooqi, Dr. Ateeq Ahmed Khan, Dr. Tauheed, Dr. Majeed, Dr. Siraj ul Haq, Dr. Mohammed Ali Hyder Yamani, Dr. Syed Zainullabeddin Khan, Dr. Faheem, Dr. Mohammed Lutf Ali Siddiqui, Dr. Azharuddin, Dr. M.A.Aziz & Dr. MRH Shakeeb.
The meeting was very essential n discussed various aspects towards conducting the Alumni Event to be held on 29th and 30th June 2024 in this regard Dr Mohammed Ahsan Farooqi has done an AUDIO VISUAL PRESENTATION giving his inputs and advice of how to do n what to do in the event.
It is decided to include Dr.Anjum Sultana, VP GNTC, Dr.Maqbool Hussain, Dr.Hasan Ahmed, Dr. Khadir Hussaini in Organizing Committee.
It has mutually agreed to mention Name n Designations on letter head only once.
Co Chairman Dr. Kaleem insisted n urged to do the payment of OC members in Account.
CEO of hostify.co.in gave prototype presentation of Website and hard copies of it were called for further information n corrections.
It has been decided to have a Helium Balloon on GNTC & GNGH building with Alumni Meet 2024...
It is decided to have a token of gratitude KIT including Bag Memento and Souvenir..to be presented to all registered delegates...
District wise Doctors will be nominated by AANN to mobilize the awareness of the event n do the registration process.
The meetings was convened by Dr.Hyder who extended the vote of thanks.
